This Friday, PSST’er Rex Crowle plays Layer Tennis against Simon Cook in an early match at 11 AM EST… Let’s all cheer Rex on from the sidelines and hope for a good, clean game.
Or in the words of Grip Wrench … “AAAUUAUAUAUUUUGHHH!!”

From Sugar by Rex Crowle
PSST’er Rex Crowle just finished an ambitious 10-part animated series for QOOB, Grip Wrench. It’s awesome! Explodingly awesome. Here’s a synopsis from QOOB:
“Grip Wrench è un veterano del Vietnam che, rientrato in patria dopo aver servito con coraggio il suo Paese, si è re-inventato stuntman di grido a Hollywood.
Tutti lo vogliono, tutti lo cercano. Se c’è un blockbuster movie d’azione in produzione, Grip è ‘the man’.
Peccato che il nostro, ogni volta che si trova nel mezzo del suo stunt, venga risucchiato da un passato oscuro, fatto di vite spezzate e sangue versato. Troppo. Troppo per poter vivere tutti felici e contenti…”
Which basically means, it’s pretty damn good.

David Kamp just launched a new website featuring his original composition and sound design work for Peppermelon, David O’ Reilly, Bitstate, Lowerground and many others. He’s going to be working on not one but two of the pieces for PSST! 3: Rex Crowle‘s piece and the team of Florian Witzel, Anh Vu and Kim Dulaney. Can’t wait to see and hear both of those! Nice job on the new site, too. Looks great.
